A video work for WILHELM GROENER
Invited by the Sites & Subjects Festival in Plovdiv 2011, WILHELM GROENER & Partners collaborated on a first performative study for their 2011 project POLITICS OF IMAGINATION – EXERCITATIO ET LABOR. This video was shot at the left overs of the old Thracian city of Perperikon which is said to have contained an old sanctuary and shrine dedicated to Dionysus. The screening was part of the project presentation on June 18, 2011, at the Center for Contemporary Art Plovdiv – The Ancient Bath.
